36m ² with a large table and chairs for 12 persons, a 3-seats couch and another one of 2 seats, 3 leather armchairs, lounge with open fire, big screen T.V, hi-fi, DVD, Wi-Fi connection.

Kitchen entirely equipped with view on the countryside.

1 table and 4 high chairs, 1 furnace and 4 microwaves, 1 vitro cooker, hood, 1 refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, Senseo, electric kettle, mix-soup, crockery, place settings and utensils for more than 12 people.

Spacious and luminous bathroom

2 hand-wash basins, 1 WC, 1 90-shower, arrangement racks, towel carriers, stool, bath carpet, baby bath-tub.

Bedrooms

4 bedrooms: 1 of 2 persons, 2 of 3 persons, 1 of 2 persons and 1 superimposed, folding baby beds.

All equipped with new bed linen and very comfortable mattresses.
All the 90x200 beds are for one person and are provided with duvet and pillowcase.

The entrance hall

WC, access to living room and kitchen, to the 1° floor and to the basement.

At the basement

WC, laundry with washing machine, basket, table and domestic iron.
